They aren’t playing poorly, but they need to fine-tune their attack, tighten up defensively, and maybe get a bit of luck. One major advantage they have is their home crowd, as playing in Fiji is notoriously difficult for visiting teams.

The Chiefs have had a fantastic start, winning their season opener in a revenge match against last year’s champions, followed by two more solid victories. However, their last game against the Brumbies was a real battle, where they only managed to pull away in the final 10 minutes.
